1.  Alibaba holding is the Chinese e-commerce giant. It is the most important online sales site for companies worldwide. The president of this group is Jack Ma, he spent more than 800 hours flying to dozens of countries for meeting business leaders. Alibaba, the world's largest online business platform, offers manufacturers, suppliers, exporters, importers, buyers and quality products. Jack MA wants Alibaba to hit $ 1 trillion in gross merchandise value by 2020

1. The global strategy it clear that Alibaba isn’t here to compete with Amazon to sell to U.S. customers. Instead, the company portrayed itself as a gateway for them to reach hundreds of millions of affluent Chinese consumers, offering help on logistics, marketing and online payment. The company don’t want to be in a competition with Amazon.

1. Alibaba create the infrastructure of commerce, the platforms, the technology and the partnerships to make it possible for millions of small businesses to participate successfully in global trade. The company are doing the business on a far greater scale and in an inclusive manner. Amazon is mainly focused on the consumer, Alibaba on the supplier.

1. Snapchat is a photography app for smartphones available on iOS and Android. Created by three American students in 2011, the Snapchat app mainly targets teenagers and has undergone several changes over the years. Today, Snap presents itself as a photo-based messaging service in which users define themselves instantly.

1. Evan Spiegel is secretive because they often refusing to share his vision for Snapchat with investors, reporters, and even employees. He tends to treat people in a binary fashion.

1. Evan Spiegel has a visionary leadership: “Evan has a strong vision of the future and five- and ten-year plans for the company”. This is a good point for the company and his future.

Evan Spiegel is not a good manager because he is only willing to share those plans with close confidents and a select few Snapchat employees, a manager need to communicate with employees for the good atmosphere. For me the most important characteristics of a good manager is that a manager must always be behind his team
