  • Requirement Matrix: This must be created at the beginning of a project to define the project’s scope and incorporates the specific requirements and deliverables that will be produced.
  • Offer Process: It defines the steps (with roles involved) to be followed for an offer writing.
  • OBS: Organisation Breakdown Structure is based on data collected from the Test Case and on Company Name organisation.
  • Master Project Planning: Based on Company Name Test Case data and project management principles.
  • Offer Pillars: Collected from the Company Name website and in accordance with the OBS.
