Laura: My nose is too big, I don't like it.

Lysa: I don't think it's a good idea, you should accept yourself as you are.

Laura: I can't do it, it's become a complex for me.

Lysa: But have you thought this through? It is really not big, and it is still a lot of money to spend.

Laura: Yes, I've been thinking about it. I'm willing to pay to feel better.
