Guns Control

Introduction :

We will present you the Amendment II to the United States Constitution who is :” A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed”. So, two political party are opposed for possession of firearms : the Liberal and the Conservative.

1) Liberal

So, the Liberal want for the people had no weapons but only the National Guard, it’s the militia. They said, the people do not need guns for protection, it is the role of the enforcement agencies and the military. They are for additional gun control laws are necessary to stop gun violence and limit the ability of criminals to obtain guns. Their motto is more guns mean more violence.

Hillary Clinton is for the Liberal because she says : “I believe weapons of war have no place on our streets. We may have our disagreements on gun safety regulations.”

As first lady, she has strongly defended the Brady Bill, which instituted federal background checks on some gun sales. As senator, she co-sponsored and voted for legislation that would close the gun show loophole, voted against the dangerous immunity protections for gun dealers and manufacturers, and co-sponsored legislation to extend and reinstate the assault weapons ban. As a candidate, she is honored to have the endorsement of many groups working to take on the epidemic of violence.

She also made sure to expand background checks to more gun sales including by closing the gun show and internet sales loopholes and strengthen the background check system on gun sales. Keep guns out of the hands of domestic abusers, other violent criminals, and the severely mentally ill by supporting laws that stop domestic abusers from buying and owning guns, making it a federal crime for someone to intentionally buy a gun for a person prohibited from owning one, and closing the loopholes that allow people suffering from severe mental illness to purchase and own guns. She will also support work to keep military-style weapons off our streets. Hillary Clinton will overturn the Supreme Court ruling that affirmed the Second Amendment as a private right, so that any city or state in this country can ban private gun ownership. NRA CEO Wayne LaPierre, a supporter weapons, explained: “If she could, Hillary would ban every gun, destroy every magazine, run an entire national security industry right into the ground” and put gun-owners’ names on a government registration list, a report on NBC News.

2) Conservative

For the Conservative, the Second Amendment gives citizens the right to keep and bear arms. Individuals have the right to defend themselves. There are too many gun control laws, additional laws will not lower gun crime rates. Gun control laws do not prevent criminals from obtaining guns. Their motto is more guns in the hands of law-abiding citizens mean less crime.
