Simpson: Lena, we thought it was better if Don made all the speeches for the team.

Assistant: The publicity department says it’s very important.

Lena: Why? What’s wrong with the way I talk? What’s the big idea? Am I dumb or something?

Assistant: No… No…it’s just that Don has so much experience…

Lena: Donnie… Say something… As your fiancée, I …

Don: By the way, what’s your name?

Kathy: Kathy, Kathy Selden.

Don: Nice to meet you Miss Selden. I’m sorry I frightened you. That’s because of my fans…you, know we movie stars get the glory, that is the way it is… People think we lead lives of glamor and romance but we are really lonely, terribly lonely.  (He puts his arm around Kathy) Which of my pictures have you seen?

Kathy: I don’t remember… I saw one once… I think you were dueling.  I don’t often go to the movies… You know, if you’ve seen one, you’ve seen them all.
