Letter for President OBAMA

Mister President Obama,

Know first of all, that it’s a real pleasure and honour to be able to send to me to you.

I think that you know about numerous risks facing our planet is confronted, and it’s thus about it that I would like to speak to you.

As you know, several people have already tried to defend the planet and to fight against the global warming (which cause the melting of the ice cap) as the associations like Greenpeace or the newspapers as Wired, etc. All these people raised their voice to stop the destruction of our world and the possible extinction of all the species sheltered by the earth in the next decades. What I ask you, with the biggest of respect naturally, it’s now to believe in the diverse solutions which involved people can bring and to support them, because it’s not too late!

Doctor Vandana Shiva understood everything. She explains that the food is the life: every time we eat, we can make a massive change science we must not waste food and pay attention to what we eat. Moreover she adds that it is necessary to create a loop between those who grow food and those who eat it: the more we eat biodiversity, the more we grow it. Eating give you power, it’s an ecological act, an agricultural act, a political act and an ethical act.

Besides, cities as San Francisco manage to improve the biodiversity and not to pollute. They succeeded by creating programs, to San Francisco it is “Recology's green bin” Program which collected a million tons of compostable material, and after the millionth ton returns to San Francisco to be applied as nutrient-rich compost to fertilize gardens and grow healthy, organic foods. Hence, it’s easy to create some compost as with:

- Food scraps

- Plant trimmings

- Soiled paper

- Coffee grounds

Eventually, everything is still possible it is enough to believe in it and to make so that solutions are operated to avoid the wasting of water, food, gasoline, etc. If we create alternatives to improve the life while remaining ecological, we do a good deed. Then now it is necessary to unite our strengths and we shall succeed in changing our world.
