Subject: Application Letter for a 6 months Internship in X at X
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to apply for the position of (job)…. I am currently in my third year studying a Bachelor degree in Business Administration at EDHEC Business School, France. Moreover, I am taking a Finance speciality this year and would be pleased to put into practice what I have learned.
During my previous internships and jobs, I have developed a strong sense of responsibility and reactivity as well as an adaptation capacity, to the great satisfaction of my employers and internship supervisors.
My 3 months’ internship as an assistant to CEO at The Vintage allowed me to be multitasked and to work in full autonomy. This internship confirms my enthusiasm to work in the finance field as I really enjoyed carrying out some operations, especially financial analysis and accounting.
Furthermore, this experience developed my working knowledge and skills of business and negotiation.
I am now keen to gain work experience abroad, in an English speaking country, for a 6 months-period. I have chosen (country), as I have never been there and feel I would enjoy a completely new experience as I am eager to discover a new region of the world.
Joining your company would be a real opportunity for me, both to improve my English and to gain experience in the (sector) industry. (I will talk a little about the company…)
Please find enclosed a copy of my resume, which provides you with more details about my qualifications for the position.
I can carry out this internship from January 2019, and I am available for an interview at your earliest convenience.
I am looking forward to hearing from you,
Yours sincerely,
Honorine Lourme
