-I lost my luggage, and i don't know how i lost it.

-Okay i understand, what is the last place when you had it and you see it ?

-I remember the last time i had it, it was on the front of the airport, i was trying to find a place to put my luggage in security, i search approximately ten minutes until i being tired, so i choose to have a rest, so i put my luggage not far away to me, i rest two-three minutes, and when i look my luggage she disappear, and after that's i didn't find it, i look everwhere i ask everybody to know how where is It, but i find nothing. Anyway, can you have a solution for my problem ?

-Yes, i'm going to let know my assistant to search around the corner. I think if you lost it here, they’ll find it not far away.

- Okay no problem, how long i'm gonna wait. Because my plane take off is in not very long.

-I think maybe between 5 or 10 minutes. It may depend, sometime there may be a longer delay
