Can we live without technologies ?

Hi, today I’m going to try to convince you about the impossibility to live without technology.

First of all, we have to remember the human history. Indeed we can notice that each step of human history has been marked by technologies progress.

Nowadays, the technology takes a very big place in our everyday life…

Could you imagine how would be our life without it !! no electricity, no running water, no internet !! Our life would really be less comfortable!

 It wouldn’t be as easy as today to travel abroad : no cars ! no planes ! no trains ! We should have to walk or to raise a horse !!

Furthermore, we have developed medical advances thanks to technology: CT scan, echography, radiography.... All of these help us to treat lots of illness.

In most cases, technology is also a very important thing at work. It permits to upgrade the productivity and improve our work conditions : for example, thanks to robots we can remove assembly-line work.

Moreover the technology has improved communication between people :  with internet, optical fiber, smart phones...By this way,  people can expand their knowledges and be more aware of all the events which happens in different parts of the world.

A few centuries ago, they were used to live without having the slightest idea of what was taking place at the other part of the world. So, people have developed their curiosity and critical sense.

On top of that technology is also a good way to entertain ourselves by watching movies, listening music on our phones, play videos games, take photos…A bunch of  little things which seem to us usual but would not exist without the technology

To sum up,  technology is a very important in our daily life and  for our future. As far as I’m concerned, I think that we can’t live without technology, but we have to be reasonable and careful while using them because if we don’t take a very special attention, technologies can move ahead of humans and it will be very dangerous like the bad utilisation of nuclear weapon.Finally even if we can’t live without technology that should not stop us from appreciating simple things.
