A brilliant and energetic manager in a dynamic medium-sized company, Mathilde works hard
and gives the best of herself.
She excels at project planning, has great interpersonal skills and has a reputation as a worker.
Her employees appreciate her and she loves teamwork. It has the ability to get people to
cooperate and work together, even if they initially refused to do so.
Mathilde was given new tasks to prepare her for a promotion.
Scenarios
1 - Mathilde is responsible for establishing a budget for a complex project of great importance
to society. To do this, she will have to work on weekends when she already does not spend
enough time with her husband and children. Mathilde feels overwhelmed, especially since her
supervisor has asked her to do this work alone. She fears that she does not have sufficient
control over the project. She would like to receive more instructions from her supervisor and
more help from her colleagues, but time is running out.
