He’s versatile and he has capacities in psychology and management. We recognize a bad boss at the way he reacts to his failures. He will often be aggressive, insensitive to others, irresponsible or passive. What is important for the good leader is the confrontation of his failures as lessons. He will launch challengers. He’s common, unifying for collective actions and human remains, but directional. The importance of the communication of the manager is based on the cohesion of the business. He communicates externally but also internally. He will be an authority in its communication but he will also convey compassion and humility to be understood. Industrial relations are important. Without employees, the leader would face management problem. Moreover, the leader listens to employee feedbacks. He has a fair trial. In communications, he’s comfortable. He takes a frank look and still smiling. He’s polite and adapts his speech to people. He also knows public speaking and knows improvise. All this is important to get to be understood by others and be a good leader for all.
